These are the only ways Wallsec contacts you
Everything else — social media accounts, messaging-app numbers, other domains — is not us.
The only addresses we use end in @wallsec.co.uk. We never contact you from free email providers.

How to check a message in three steps
Check the website
Our only websites are wallsec.co.uk and www.wallsec.co.uk. Lookalike domains, social accounts or WhatsApp numbers are not us.
Check the email address
Official correspondence comes only from addresses ending in @wallsec.co.uk. We never write to you from Gmail, Outlook or similar accounts.
Confirm by phone
If you have any doubt about a message, call +44 20 3996 7980 and ask us to confirm whether it came from us.

A legitimate investigation runs on public data. If anyone claims to represent us and asks for any of the following, stop and contact us on an official channel.
- Private keys, seed phrases or exchange logins
- Upfront fees before a written quote is agreed
- A decision made under time pressure
