There is no chargeback mechanism onchain. No operator can reach into the ledger and move value back, and no service can re-sign a transaction on your behalf.
Any offer to reverse, cancel or recall a confirmed transaction describes something the technology does not permit. Genuine routes to a return of funds run through the business holding the funds, law enforcement, or civil action.

A block added on top of the block containing your transaction; more confirmations mean less chance of reversal.

A demand for payment before a promised benefit, made to someone who has already lost money.
